my baby having dry cough is it normal . and she is continuesly spit up the milk .dr.advise to give neopeptine can I give to my child

A. Hi parents always feed your child in tilted position and keep in up ward position after every feed please give daily massage on chest and limbs with mustered oil please give daily sun light exposure
