If your baby is experiencing constipation after taking NAN Pro formula 3-4 times, it may be due to the iron content or difficulty digesting the formula. Try offering extra fluids, like boiled and cooled water (for babies above 6 months), and gently massage the baby’s tummy in a circular motion to relieve discomfort. Bicycle leg movements can also help in passing stool. If constipation persists, consider switching to a different formula after consulting a pediatrician. Also, if your baby has started solids, include fiber-rich foods like mashed prunes, pears, or papaya to ease digestion.
