my baby having blood in stool why ?

If Your child is having appropriate motion and still you are seeing blood then it could be a sign for stomach infection is hard motion or there is constipation a little late of blood is common during that time but if it regular motion your child is having blood then that’s mostly due to an infection in the stomach
