A. increased frequency of urination is common in children. it is important that if this continues fodr more than three days you should meet the doctor to rule out any type of urine tract infection. try to maintain hygiene of the urinary ardea

A. If the child is passing urine too much then there could be a possibility of a urine infection you also have to see how much gap is your child passing urine what is the amount of urine is on that basis only you can determine but if the frequency of the urine is less and the urine is continuously happening then it is mostly an infection
