my baby have no cold.but temperature 101 in 2 days also give hiccup & t 98 paracetamol. no improvement Dr told continue this kindly suggest me please

A. hello mom the dr might have suggeted to be given in some 5 to 8 hours gao between two doses and still it continues for consecutive 3 days do a blood test , could most probably be a viral fever
