my baby have loose motion plz tell me medicine she have loose motion since 2 days

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 9 months old and he is having loose motions so give him frequent breast feeding and ORS spoon by spoon and econorm sachets two time a day

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Loose motion could be because of some infection or if chronic than could be some malabsorption.
Initially you can give zinc supplement for 2 weeks and probiotic like econorm sachet for 3 days .
For any specific treatment consult your doctor and maintain proper hydramtion .
try to avoid giving excessive milk ok and can give khichdi mashed potato ripe banana poha if the baby is above 6 months of age,
maintain proper hydration by giving plenty of fluids.
