My baby have high fever and iam giving medicine also didn’t control . Doctor also not available?

Sponge bath the child dial towel in normal water abd gently sponge bath the baby with it appky on forehead around navel abd feet abd kegs you reduce body temperature give crucible syrup repeat the dose after every four to six hours interval and give more liquids
