A. if the child is having urinary infection it can be either due to some urinary problem or local infection or it might be a part of some genitourinary infection for which sonography and local examination will be needed and sometimes it can be a part of phimosis in male child

A. Hello dear parent! Any child can get urinary infection irrespective of being a boy or girl. Maintain a good personal hygiene and keep your child hydrated all through the day. Give more liquids like coconut water, lemon juice, sugarcane juice, fresh fruit juices. Consult your child’s doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Good luck and take care
