my baby have cold and cough and he didn't feeding proper and peeing is 4 time in 24 hours... when he was weak he is active. smiling and also moving hand and lage... is it normal

The child is dehydrated because the child is not taking proper feeling but a good sign is of the child is active so I’m just going to advise you to feed your child every three hours from your own side with a cap and connect with your doctor a proper medicines to be given
