Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. please meet your doctor for proper diagnosis because it appears to be more of a birth mark that is known as Mongolian spots. also we are not able to see any Hemangioma that you have mentioned

This is just looking like Mongolian spots which is common for a child from the time of birth vanished by the age of one years to 2 years automatically on their own only it is more into the back and bum area of the child but it reduces and vanishes over the period
