my baby have atopic eczema.. her skin is very very dry.. what should I can apply or any other remedy for cure this. please help us

Use Coconut oil regularly on to the skin I’m sure you will definitely get better results with that but along with that year also I would like to tell you that sometimes homoeopathic treatment can definitely be very fruitful for this if you want you can go ahead with the homoeopathic treatment as well for your child
