my baby have 8 months old he is suffering from constibution prblm since 2 days..he ate uggu And ceralc..is any prblm..

if the consistency is hard and the child is having pain while passing stool it is considered as constipation.
give plenty of water and fibre diet to the child
it is important to give fibre diet from cereals pulses vegetables and fruitsz
avoid giving more than 400 ml milk everyday and avoid giving packet and processed foods as well as biscuits and refined food
adding papaya , fennel seeds water , oats pear prunes pineapplez banana kishmish to the regular diet will help in decreasing constipation.

Constipation is very normal in this age you should give more of liquids and water to the child which is what is going to help in relieving constipation because kids don’t consume too much of liquid which is why due to dehydration sometimes they can go through constipation also
