my baby have 20 months old , still not able to talk even single letter words also

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl6 months agoA. Communicate mood and practice more and more eventually the child will pick up as a child does not pick up by the age of 2.5 years then in that case you’ll have to take an assessment with a speech therapist
