my baby hasn't started talking yet ...she says 3 to 4 words that's all...is that a problem

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good evening it is only about the mood swing of the child had there been any kind of a problem which I would have not been able to speak even these three or four words wait for sometime otherwise visit a speech therapist once
