my baby hasn't pooped from last 3 days..he is exclusively on breastfeeding and of 2 months and 3 days. he is releasing gas but it has foul smell. what to do? please help

A. If baby is comfortable then no need to worry and give him bonnisan drops to the baby and gently massage around belly button avd lower back downwards and cycling motion of legs also help give tummy time
