my baby has white spot on hand since 1 year and on the same hand there is small 2- 3 more spots. m tensed a lot. plz guide me

If it is spreading a little bit also then that’s maybe due to deficiency of calcium or it could be a fungal infection should get examined with your doctor because as there are multiple issues associated with white patches the doctors exactly diagnosed the reason behind it and can assist you on that
