My baby has viral infection, medicines are on but not feeding properly... pls provide solution

A. dear Mum what is the age of your baby if baby is less than 6 months then continue exclusive breastfeeding if baby is passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours is active alert then feeding is sufficient
