My baby has too many red pimples on his baçk. Is this any dangerous sign ? He is Just 18 days old baby.

A. they could be baby acne which are quite common in babies. you can try applying coconut oil or baby cetaphil lotion. ideally they shoukd go away on their own. you can apply in a small area and check first if it reduces. if yes then apply all over. however they will go away on their own also sometimes. so please be patient. usexa very mild soap for bath and to wash baby's clothes.
