My baby has temperature and fever I’m giving babygesic drop but this is 3rd day fever is not going yesterday it was showing 100.4 know 2am it is showing 98.9 but head is showing temperature what to do please tell shall i give fever drops please

A. baby is 11 months old and if the baby is having temperature you can continue with paracetamol every 6 hours but a proper evaluation is required to rule out the cause of fever
