my baby has suddenly started stammering from a month we went to doctor 20 days back n he said he has deficiency and gave a b complex syrup..stammering has reduced by still there for few words and suddenly become a more when he wakes up n then reduces. any doctors please let me know abt it is it development or any issue he is 3 years 7 months n he had no issues earlier he got loose motions n then suddenly after his medications in Dec 1st week this started

A. hi, Encourage storytelling and sharing information. Read books aloud n Sing to your child . Have your child play with kids whose language is a little better than theirs. Ask your child lots of questions. y
