Q.
My baby has started solids still he's having severe constipation. He is pooping after 2 days and the poop is very hard also he cries a lot while pooping. One day blood also came in the poop. I am giving papaya in the morning Then khichdi in afternoon Then apple or pear in the Evening. Please guide how can I cure his constipation

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. avoid over feeding, give one meal a day of ur baby is 6 month old. Infant commonly suffer from constipated when they start eat foods that their bodies cannot yet digest properly..
So offer well cooked, soft, semi solid food.
