my baby has severe constipation problem.while poop he is getting blood plz suggest some medicine

Sometimes in motion could be due to constipation also which is why I would recommend you that you should just use a tool softener and laxative that is going to be helpful give plenty of fluids and also you should give fibre into the diet of your child
