ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 years.. you can now give your kid semi-solid food items in mashed form.. as teeth have erupted start brushing your kid's teeth twice daily..
