A. dear Mum, since your child is less than 6 months old, you should exclusively breastfeed. that's the most healthy way to gain weight. at one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.

A. Is ur child less than six months? If so you should keep on feeding breast milk or formula. The baby will slowly regain appetite and start putting on weight. Your baby should be peeing anywhere between 6 to 10 times a day which indicates the child is taking feeds properly.
