My baby has light small white spot on the neck..After using Dermadew baby cream..Recommended by the doctor..Is himalaya cream is better than it ..Which type of spot is that..Is it is harmful for my baby?

This spot is nor harmful dear. Sometimes babies get such spots. Most skin related issues in babies below 1 year go on own with time by applying coconut oil or your breastmilk.
Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed.
