My baby has light cough and cold. Also has running nose. Boby temperature is light high. Which medicine should I use?

Mam you should check with the doctor what medicine is going to be appropriate also whether there is fever or not that you can only confirm either by getting the child examined by the doctor taking the temperature with the thermometer according to few see fever and you can get paracetamol
