Q.

My baby has inner cold not sneeze. Nd fever every 6 hour... Only give her fever medicine., should I wait or consult doctor.? What can do at home

A. Wait and give medicine for fever and for cold and cough start giving steam to the baby twice a day and apply Vick’s baby rub and put nasoclear nasal drops and give warm liquids like soups

A. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic condition and needs a proper evaluation. steadm inhalation will be very effective. decongestant medicine like ascoril flu / wikoryl / sinarest can be given. viral illness could also have associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly.

A. good evening it is a painting that it is common for children to have viral fever and other problems and vitamin that if definitely try to immediately start using proper medicine after going to the doctor
