Q.

my baby has high fever at night from last 2 days but in morning she will be normal...is it okay to continue p250 of 3.5ml when she gets fever or should i go for dengue blood test which Doctor said to do

A. In general cases the fever subside within maximum 72 hours so you can continue with paracetamol if the fever is up to 102°F Fahrenheit also but if it is increasing rapidly then you should consult your doctor for guidance would be given by them only
