my baby has hard stool most of the time

This is normal at this age group.give plenty of oral liquids to your baby.give fibre rich contain diet to your baby.avoid maida products like biscuits.add some stool softner by your pediatrician advice only

if it's painful motion then do consult with your doctor regarding this once
