my baby has got an infection her WBC count is 24000. docotr has given taxin 250mg injection twice a day for 3 days. 2days have passed but still her fever is coming back again. pls advice

A. Don’t worry wait for another one day it will come down and give the medicine as suggested and give plenty of liquids to the child and give light and easily digestible foods
