My baby has gastric problem what is tha best solution m giving him colicaid but it's not very effective for him....

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver.
its mostly because of immatugrity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in bagbies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important.
Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.

Bonnisan Five drops is going to be good enough you can use this medicine four times in a day and at least on an every day basis if required and after six months it’s going to be 10 drops twice or thrice a day depending upon the need this is better than what you are using
