Q.
my baby has fever... I gave her 5 ml syrup p120... she took vomit after 30 minutes... should I give her the syrup again

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is always advisable to repeat paracetamol syrup after the gap of six hours. And also if there is high fever then you can use water Patti with normal water in baby forehead…..
