Q.
my baby has fever from yesterday . i gave paracetamol syrup 100 mg .1 ml. some time he feels better . some time his head is hotter than his body. this morning looks no fever but body little warm and he has not yet alright. he is also having running nose while he cries. what should I do further.

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose canjo be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating.
and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
