my baby has fever and diarrhea since 2 days. she is taking dolo drops and z and d drops. still no change in diarrhea. she is refusing to eat solid food and is only having formula milk since she got sick. she is active still. since she had z and d drops she is pooping only twice a day but her poop is watery with mucus. she has mild fever still. please advice.
