my baby has fever 3-4 days back I gave him paracetamol for 3 days after that fever had gone but now suddenly he started coughing and running nose. I am giving maxtra. Please help me what should I do. also his upper two teeth are coming

A. hi kids suffer from low grade rise in body temperature during the teething phase. fever, cold and cough could also be due to viral infection. consult with your pediatrician for routine checkup
