my baby has fever 100 to 102 and i dont see it reducing..he is low on energy..laying down ..nd is unable to sleep properly as well

A. hello give ayp patacetamol for fever and also spomging may be done with plain water if fevr is high and look for the cause of fever and that shpuld be treted
