My baby has extra hair on the back I apply besan and raw milk and notice small knots are formed how do I remove those knots if I pull it will pain her she is 1. 5 year old

You can apply rub area after bathing with soft towel
Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Wash area often with lukewarm water
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Maintain hydration
Apply coconut oil or olive oil
Apply lotion cream twice daily
