Q.

My baby has difficulty to poop from last week. He has tight motion so he try hard to push it out. I tried to make him well hydrated and also feed him dry grapes water. Nothing is helping. What can I do.

A. Hi mommy Give plenty of water fluids Serve plenty of whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Offer apricots, plums, peas, beans, broccoli etc increase water fluid intake of your child Encourage daily exercise Being active gets the blood flowing to the intestines, helping to stimulate gut contractions and help to reduce constipation
