My baby has diarrhea and potty is very smelly and liquid, mostly green coloured. Dr. has asked for lactose free milk but he is not accepting it and cry so much because he was having only mother feed.

A. stool examination done now , states ph value 4.5 , undigested food present, mucus + etc

A. it is important to follow your doctor and also get a stool examination done which will tell which type of stool the child is having n accordingly you can take steps
