Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby has developed diaper rash...currently applying coconut oil..is desitin cream safe to use?? also please advise remedy or any other cream

A. Hi, use of desiring cream is not advisable. Apply coconut oil followed by diaper rash cream. It contains zinc which acts as barrier.

You can use propyderm NF cream over the diaper area Changing diapers every 3 hrs is important to avoid rashes Clean with Luke warm water and some baby wash added to it Always make sure that u r applying powder before u put on diaper to avoid friction between diaper n skin that is main cause of r

A. Ezinapi cream is effective for rashes. Apply coconut oil every time when you put diaper. Allow diaper free time everyday least few hours. Avoid diapers if there are rashes and let it heal.
