This can occur due to weather changes or simple cold kindly give nasal saline drops every three hourly and since it is a salt water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and try to prevent temperature variations on the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor not much home remedies will act at this age

Ur Child is just one mandal for such a small child there is no home remedy you can just give indirect steam in halation to the child apart from that it would be important for you to 1st get a check with your paediatrician to have much more assurance and clarity about the issue and accordingly the medicine can be advised
