My baby has consistent constipation, she cries while pooping due to hard stool. I give emty sometimes, but whenever she doesn't have she again suffers from constipation. She even don't want to eat fibres or whole wheat dalia etc what should I do

A. how to avoid hard stool in your baby it is advisable to give adequate water for the baby to drink you can as well give you all seasonal fruits to the baby every good source of fibre better not use medicines for constipation
