Q.
my baby has congestion in chest, he can't sleep properly and making noises while sleep during night. also he is spitting up after every feed and in sleep.what to do?

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby, make your baby wear comfortable clothing as per the season. Try giving indirect steam to your baby to reduce the discomfort. Do not lay your baby immediately after feeding. Hold your baby in upright position for sometime and gently rub on the back till the baby burps for at least 4 times. Do cycling movements with both the baby’s legs to relieve from gastric discomfort.
