Q.
My baby has chest congestion and cold.Is there any home remedies for getting fast relief as she is not taking her meals and milk also.She cries , whenever I give her milk.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Roast the Ajwain n rock salt and take a soft muslin cloth and make a potli .. when warm apply gently on chest and back for chest congestion. give indirect steam inhalation, steam helps to clear baby’s blocked nose and open blocked airways.

Best Think as of now that you can do for your child is to nebulise the child because when you nebulise the congestion in the throat and chest is melted the coffee is going to come out of the system so that way it would be easier for the child to start eating and drinking because the congestion would be clear to a great extent
