my baby has been suffering from a cough for one week. I've visited the doctor. nebulizing and steam has been given. but now I've seen white patches in her tongue. what is the reason behind it and does it go by itself?

can happen if the oral cavity is not cleaned after giving nebulization
it is important to meet the doctor for examination because relevant history has to be evaluated along with proper medical check up.
meet the doctor for complete examination
if needed the doctor will go for investigations
