Q.

My baby has been having a cold for the past week and is continuously crying. His nose is blocked, and he is not breathing properly through his nose, so he is breathing through his mouth. Because of this, he seems to be having ear pain, and his eyes are watery. We visited the hospital, and the doctor said this is normal due to the cold, but I am still very worried. My baby is not stopping crying and is not sleeping properly. Doctor, please suggest the best solution so that my baby can get relief.

A. Mam are you sure that the crying is just because of cold and ear pain because looking at the age of your child there is a very high possibility that your child is having stomach pain which is why your child is crying constantly so apart from the medication that you’re giving Just give a medicine for stomach pain also and see if that helps and nothing is helping I suggest you to please visit an ENT doctor also you should give steam to the child indirectly and nebulising will also help
