Q.

My baby has been diagnosed with breastmilk jaundice, he is 14weeks now but still a light yellow discolouration is still there and visible when pressed on the skin. So just wanted to know that is it normal to take more than 12weeks to fully recover?

A. Sometimes it may take Longer for it to resolve. Be in touch with your doctor .it is also better to rule out hypothyroidism in the baby as there also there will Be delayed resolution of jaundice
