My baby has acne on his face. Iam applying Cetaphil lotion. Please tell me what to do to reduce it

This could be baby acne and common thing in babies of this age. continue to apply cetaphil lotion regularly. don't use too harsh soaps or oils on baby's face and body. nothing to worry. it will reduce gradually. keep the face clean by wiping wirh water. don't use any face wipes.
