Q.

my baby has acid reflux issue. she coughs while having breastmilk or even medicines. her doc has put her on Lanzol every morning. the issue seems to have improved a lot. however is my diet affecting her reflux issue. should I make any changes in my diet or avoid eating anything specific. also at night if my baby does not brup, how long should I keep her upright?

A. Hi See in general also if your child does not take a Burp for about 10 minutes then you can keep your child on when it is daytime or nighttime doesn’t make a difference in which I had to vomit your child will vomit even after burping also about it And see stomach reflux acid reflux all thes things are common with kids because Most of the Gita is a lying down position most of the times which is why the process of digestion is really very slow which is why this happens if you’re having anything which has too much of spice into it or you know which is heavy to digest and all then you should avoid that after six months of your delivery
