Q.
My baby has a runny nose since the last week....I was giving her welminic syrup but she gets relief after few days and again back to square one. My 5 year son started coughing and sneezing today. got nasal congestion too.... can u prescribe something

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. you may continue the medicine for another two days Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

Get your kids personally examined by your doctor and seek further advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Good luck and take care.
